Just sayin' Cosy, that is all. It appears Blu-Ray is the future... And ya, a multi-region DVD player for you would be ideal. Someone should work on that!

I had to charge mine again today, 24 hours after I charged it. >.> Not a good sign for my dear phone.

Pretty good day today I guess. Nothing to strenuous at school and I got Bulletstorm. Actually pretty fun.

well until my dvd collection disappears I think I will keep something that plays them ....(this is our 3rd--the first lasted a very long time, last one didnt....they just dont make things like they used to).

so who got snow this time around??? (or sleet/freezing rain).......

I need to get a Blu-Ray player but I probably won't do that anytime soon. oO

well this only one cost like $40+tax so it was pretty cheap...and until I have a better tv and some other dvds than I currently have---I will keep this one (hope it lasts longer than the last one)...and dang its so light---I can remember our first player and it was heavy, this one weighs less than my purse!

(and remember I am the person without the cell phone, fax machine, printer etc...so I will go kicking screaming and swearing into any new age!! heck I hated moving from windows 95! still dont like xp or anything after it----

Ya DVD players are now cheap thanks to Blu-Ray players. The first DVD players were more like VCR size than they are now, which is nice. Blu-Ray players are even more slick.

and dang its tiny too--the space we have for it is like 3 times the height (I can put lots of stuff on top of it--couldnt do that with the old one)...and this one can turn itself off---kinda cool.
yep wednesday....gonna have turkey mac&cheese for dinner tonight....YUM!

it just goes with my mouse issues I have right now (my scroll only works occasionally as well as the right mouse click sometimes NOT working---)....thought it would be done by now, but seems its a bigger issue than we may have thought??? dunno.

(need to fix my mouse problems soon---no new drivers, .....)

I want sunny weather to RR, It's snowing here in the insane small country called Denmark.

Also, played 2 hours of football sunday, had not moved, trained or excercised for 3½ year, so my body is still resting to get fresh haha. But damn it was great being able to play again, despise me being fat.

lol When I get home I'm pretty freaking exhausted. Guess I just don't have much to say except for the day of the week. I'm lame lol

I had an omelet and toast for dinner. Guess that is all my mom felt like making. Which is fine. Tomorrow will be whatever I can find since I have seminar until 5:20. I need to find time to exercise, waiting for it to warm up so I can run outside again.

yeah cant wait for that month or so when I dont have to have the heat or the a/c on--and the doors can be open and the fresh air (and bugs) can come in....

dang, now I have cabin fever....is it spring YET????

I have my spring cleaning planned for next week whether or not the weather decides to accommodate me....

and we opened up the old dvd player (me likes to takes things aparts ssss)...couldnt see what was wrong, but WHEEEw! something burned out (we think it is either the power supply though we couldnt see any blown parts, or the dvd player itself--which we couldnt take apart)....though there really aint that much inside of them now adays.....(so yes the mobo looked fine---)

oh well, its dead (jim) and a new one has taken its place....and some nice air freshener has cleaned out that burned plastic/old leather smell.

nope I lived abroad and know the difference....(I used to know my weight in k but not anymore--I DO know my height--which may have also changed

Hehe, well my BMI says severe overweight, but i have my height with me, + i do NOT just sit around doing nothing, i visit friends/family 3 times a week, i started playing football again, each summer we play football maybe 4-5 hours 2 days a week, i just like food and soda. :P

Yeah, i don't know why miles, feet and such are used over at your country.

sigh.....yeah it would be nice if we changed to a system just about everyone else is using, however; it just aint gonna happen--we TRIED it back in the late '70's....didnt work. The sheer volume of stuff that would need to be changed is mind blowing. Not even talking about getting people to use it or learn it (for those no science peoples out there).

Miles and feet were around longer than the metric system, and very ingrained in our country.
